MUD/WTR
This project combined a few specialty finishes for the Mud headquarters. It includes a rammed earth wall with plaster from Clay- Works, Tadelakt bar tops from Clay-Works, and a lime wash finish to top it off. It is Located at 2515 Main st. in Santa Monica and is open to the public. Check out their location for hours and events.
Moxy Hotel (Downtown LA)
We called this Clay-Works Rammed earth application the Moxy Shards, the architects and designers came up with these wonderful abstract shapes for their roll out of the new Moxy Hotel Lobby and bar in Downtown LA. This job was contracted by Lightstone, which did an excellent job executing these shapes. This area is also open to the public and open for viewing.
Casino Mine Ranch Tasting Room and Ranch house
With the vision of Don Jacobs and the trust of Jim Merryman, we were able to make this truly incredible property come to life. This features the ability to make the Clay-works interior rammed earth seemingly blend with the Exterior product for one continuous look. The rammed earth is also accented with the Clay-Works smooth finish to create a lovely texture throughout the space. Every inch of this property was finished with a lot of love.
